Founders
Mr. T V Suresh
The Director of the Company, Mr. T V Suresh, graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree from the Osmania University in Hyderabad in 1990. His studies included a Master of Technology (M.Tech), specializing in structural engineering. He is an expert in construction, development, design, and real estate. In the real estate sector, he has over three decades of experience. Since the Company’s incorporation, Mr. T V Suresh has been serving as a Director. In the company, Mr. T V Suresh plays a crucial role in designing and constructing projects. He is well versed in project planning, designing, implementing, & marketing. He plays a key role in structuring the design. He holds a Builder’s & Structural license. In addition to overseeing the Company’s daily activities, Mr. Suresh plays a key role in determining its future strategy. Exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced with a broad and deep understanding of the trends, future of construction, different methodologies, and strategies. Proven track record of successfully completing multiple projects at the same time. Also, Mr. T V Suresh is a member of several national and international boards and bodies. He has extensive knowledge of Indian and international real estate law. Mr. T V Suresh built Philanthropy works. As a sponsor, he funded Vishwa Mangala Goshala. Currently, he serves as president of Vishwa Mangala Goushala in Medchal.
During his time with the Lions Club, Mr. T V Suresh has been involved in blood donations, eye camps, food collection, donating books for schools, medical camps, and donating to orphanages and destitute in his area.

Mrs. T. Rajeswari
Mrs. T Rajeswari, who works as a full-time Director of the Company, graduated from a Bachelor of Commerce program in 1991. A master’s degree in commerce was awarded to her in 1994. She is in charge of the Company’s commercial relationship management department. Her experience spans over three decades. Mrs. T Rajeswari is responsible for financial & project planning and decision making. Her expertise is in Business Management, Finance, Accounts, Audit, as well as in real estate matters. She has extensive experience in financial services, accounting, internal audit, and risk management. Her leadership team combines years of experience with an entrepreneurial mindset, a desire for excellence, and a commitment to serving our clients.Extensive experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Mortgage Banking, Structured Finance, and Investment Fund Management. Able to solve complex problems and integrate accounting and risk management systems to optimize efficiency and process, resulting in enhanced revenue-generating opportunities, as well as risk and expense control.Experienced leader adept at establishing relationships with institutional investors, operating and joint venture partners in real estate investment, financial institutions, and auditors as well as legal and regulatory authorities. Knowledge of accounting rules, policies, audit practices, and emerging regulatory standards.
